This design was heavily inspired by the 1980's Memphis Design Movement, incorporating geometric shape murals on the ceiling and tiled walls, a bright yellow linoleum floor and custom slimline terrazzo worktops. The Ikea cabinet doors were colour-matched to the client's favourite paints and modified to add storage for small appliances and to create black outlines around each cabinet to add to the overall graphical feel.
