By ordering from Hannah Drakeford Design you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users of the site and to in-person sales. Please read them carefully before placing your order.
My products are sold subject to their product descriptions and images. I do my best to ensure these are as accurate as possible, but occasionally the descriptions may contain inaccuracies, omissions or typographical errors. Likewise, these may affect promotions, offers, product shipping fees, transit times and product availability. As such, all of the information contained on this website, including product descriptions may not always be accurate when you place an order. In such cases I will attempt to contact you to resolve any related issues, however I reserve the right to: correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions; change or update information; withdraw the product(s) from sale or cancel orders without prior notice. I may also withdraw products from sale without any notice.

The images of products on my site are for illustrative purposes only. Although I have made every effort possible to display the colours accurately, I cannot guarantee that your computer or device will display the colours accurately. The products delivered to you may vary slightly from those images.

I will not be responsible for orders that are lost or delayed as a result of an incorrect postal address or contact details being provided during checkout.

Cancellation of orders must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.

I collect your information when contacted via online purchasing or through email interaction.

I only collect information necessary to facilitate online orders. As part of the selling process, I collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, delivery and billing address(es), contact telephone number and email address.

When you sign up to the newsletter, the only information collected by the website is your email address.

To facilitate online orders and respond to your enquiries. I may also use the information provided to contact you about matters relating to your order.

I will not share your personal information with any other businesses (other than those outlined below) or individuals not employed by Hannah Drakeford Design under any circumstances.
